Real Estate Investment Opportunity Map
Parcels across Addison, grouped by the kind of investment each one invites.
How these categories are determined
Every parcel in Addison is reviewed each year using property records from the Dallas Central Appraisal District. Parcels are grouped by the kind of investment they invite, based on how much of the site is currently built on and how the property performs relative to others in town.
- Vacant land
- Unimproved parcels with no existing structure. These sites are suited to ground up development.
- Redevelopment
- Improved properties where the existing structure may be a candidate for replacement, expansion, or repositioning.
- Infill development
- Parcels in developed areas where a portion of the site remains available for additional building.
- Established
- Properties operating at or near the level typical for their use in Addison. These are shown for context and are not identified as opportunity sites.
These categories describe development potential only. See the notice below for the limits on how this information may be used.
